Madison Place is a small community of homes located in West Valley City, Utah. Our amenities include gated entry, private streets, three parks, a playground, a basketball court, and some great neighbors. HOA dues in Madison Place cover a variety of things, including water, sewer, trash, front yard maintenance, and snow removal of common areas (sidewalks and streets)
